Our teachers come to us with a variety of early childhood backgrounds, but they all have at least one thing in common - a love of working with children and a passion for teaching.
These dedicated professionals undergo an extensive interview and screening process, including reference and background checks. New staff orientation gives them a thorough understanding of the Center’s standard, values and curriculum. Ongoing regular inservice training ensures that all administrative and direct care staff continue to build on their ability to provide excellence in loving, caring and learning.
